Not based on his brothers?
Manga is clear, evil Germa66 was created from the original Germa, reason many saw them as a myth since it was on a comic both. So suits comes from the original Germa and not viceversa.
This confirma that Judge created the suits before being on the comic books, aka, he never tested and knew if the original power of Sanji should be invisibility.

I don't really understand your argument but honestly there is no room for discussion here. SBS already makes it clear that Judge already knew what power each child should have. The comics are also older than Sanji and the brothers, Vito read them as a child and he is 15 years older than Sanji.

Bro, Judge literally had no reaction to Sanji lighting himself on fire. How did he planned Sanji to have that power if he knew he was a failure?
Even the Germa soldiers couldn't tell from where did the flames came from.

I guess that sbs is wrong or Oda made a mistake.
Manga says that the comic was based on them....

Power similar to his siblings? In what way?
Yonji's power is being a cyborg with a winch, tell me how's that similar to Sanji's power
He called him a failure because he didn't develop genes, not because he was weak. How is that hard for you to comprehend?
...That means exactly that. Oda literally said that his science powers awakened in Wano, not anywhere else
functions like their powers? And how do their powers function?
Because their powers barely work without RS, and their powers aren't based on emotions

Sanji is a failure, how will Judge know what powers would he develop?
As you said, Germa soldiers dont know from where does the fire come. Queen even said humans dont burn like that, unless he was a Lunarian and we know he isnt.

Yeah, but this doesn't have anything to do with what Judge planned and we still don't know what it is, period.

The fire has no connection to the Germa enhancements.
Stop being stupid man the germa power of sanji is invisibility
Invisibility is the power from the suit, not Sanji.

Oda literally said that his power resistance comes from his germa DNA, which till date was a mystery.
Sanji as a failure, didn't develop powers, so why would Judge know what kind of powers he will awaken in the future? When he couldn't even know Sanji just had them dormant.
You are really a lost cause lmfao the amount of copium is huge
No matter what mental gymnastics you use the germa power of sanji is invisibility and not fire

He never said that his resistance to fire came from the genes of the germa
The raid suit amplifies germa's powers so stop with the headcanon lol
Number 3 germa is literally based on stealth so explain to me why he would have awakened fire instead lmao

Once again, stop being a jerk, man... queen has studied all the abilities of the germa from A to Z and yet has stated that the ability of the Stealth black is invisibility and not fire...
