1: Zoro thought there was no point in attacking King with fire mode on

2: After bird Dance, Zoro notices King is dodging or blocking his attacks with fire on

3: He calls out King and says he does he dodge if they won't hurt?

4: King runs off the island and attacks Zoro from the distance

Its very simple, as time went on Zoro noticed that he can hurt King with his fire on

However, all this proves this chapter is that you need Hax or AdCoC to hurt King, which idk why its surprising cause King has busted durability

It's what happened with BM, Queen, Kaido
You start feeling accumulated damage
Oda was clear when he made Luffy say it on the roof that their attacks is working even if little, Kid also says that to BM, Sanji also said the same to Queen. In every moment we find out or see how they statt feeling pain more and more, getting weaker bit by bit.

King is simply built different, and this shouldn't be a surprise considering Kaido was amazed by his endurance and durability, and Queen was literally hyping him up mid Sanji fight about how tough they are

I expect when Zoro and Luffy use AdCOC they will win

His endurance isn't great as his durability
His durability with flames is top tier.
Without it he has ancient zoan endurance (lower than Queen and Jack)
That's why he couldn't tank more than 3 mid tier moves....lost in 12 min

ahh no. There is no such thing as ANTI emotion in onpiece since it relies on person utilizing hopes dreams and wills. Luffy is all about emotion. Its simple why boas fruit didnt work on him. Its because his will was simply to strong to be affected by that attack of hers. Especially when he was discovering his own conquerors haki.

Even without conquerors zoro's current enma and haki mastery is way better then it was at the start of the fight with king. He's likely going to need to do the same thing he was doing during koh with him pulling out as much haki as he can but just without the conquerors

- Seraphim: Lunarian's Flamemode, Cyborg's defense

Seraphims have also warlords stats + giants dna

S-kuma : lunarian + cyborg + giant dna + kuma durability
S-Shark : lunarian + cyborg + giant dna + Fishman durability
S-hawk : lunarian + cyborg + giant dna + steel fruit
Others : lunarian + cyborg + giant toughness

Seraphim > King (ancient zoan + lunarian) > normal lunarians in durability
