No offense but that's by far the most clueless reply I've seen in a while. King knows when his flames are on and off. He literally dodged Zoro when his flames are on. You're grasping at the straws at this point.

I mean we literally know nothing, we just know flames boost their defenses but they don't specifically mention their skin so it's all headcanon until there's a deep dive.

Fact of the matter is this whole Lunarian power shit was with 99% certainty some last minute bullshit Oda came up with. We just have to ignore Marco knee/Zoro Onigiri early on. Oda retconned it. Luffy comparing them to Kaido is really hype for their durability. But again, the durability is "conditional".

There is something with all the right hands having some defensive capabilities

Marco - Seemingly endless endurance
King - Seemingly impenetrable durability
Katakuri - Seemingly untouchable

But they all have caveats.

In Wano, Zoro directly asks King why he is blocking his AdvCoC attacks in Flame mode and Oda doesn’t let us see whether Zoro can damage him

Here we have Zoro telling Luffy that he supposedly can’t damage the Seraphims no matter what… But… Why doesn’t Oda just HAVE ZORO OR LUFFY TRY… Why have we not yet seen AdvCoC used on these Lunarians yet?

It's his excuse to keep dragging this arc out.

The Seraphim toughness is from kid King, they can't eat CoC coating attacks to the dome like King did. Gotta save the big guns for the real fight.
