Flame off King took attacks that'd make even Kaido rethink his life's choices. Those two aren't even remotely the same. And Wano Luffy and WCI Luffy aren't even in the same stratosphere so you're not making a point. Katakuri's attacks were factually weaker than WCI Boundman as noted by Luffy himself while Wano characters' attacks shits all over even Boundman, forget Katakuri.

King fire cannot burn aramaki plant so King cannot burn mochi. Luffy got caught by Katakuri awakening. King has worse CoO than WCI Luffy. He gets caught easily.

Kaido with Thunder Bagua his strngest attack. Kaido normal attack with ACoC was tanked by Luffy and Kata still hurt Luffy. King without flame dies from 1 ACoC attack.

Zoro never reacted faster than Katakuri punches that are as fast as Snakeman. Current Zoro cannot hit Katakuri and he's not as durable as Luffy who ate ACoC from Kaido

Fair enough, but wouldnt that be GB, since Sanji is "fire"? that fight seems more suitable where Sanji can actually be effective in the fight. Im sorry but Sanji mastery of coa haki is lacking and I dont see such a jump where he can defeat Kizaru; it doesnt matter if Sanji can move close to the speed of light, when Kizaru is light himself with better haki. Sanji doesnt match that well
