Most important part of chapter is cover story. All germa siblings were born when mads exist. That means vegapunk and ceasar know how to generate judges children. Vegapunk should have known something about Sanji and Sora

You're not making a point with all those points. No one said Zoro's the only one who can hurt Lunarians. I only said we only know something like Dragon Damnation can one-shot flame off King. You gotta put down the Seraphim as soon as their flames go off( or at least before they can turn their flames on), and the only people we know with strong enough attacks to do so are Luffy and Zoro. So even if the likes of Lucci and Kaku can damage them in flame-off mode, that doesn't mean they can win the fight. It all comes down to what the weakest attack that'd put down is, and whether the likes of Kaku and Lucci have such attacks.

Luffy and zoro arent the only ones capable of beating or hurting flame off lunarians

Do you genuinely believe current sanji cant defeat a lunarian?
Or believe zoro couldn't beat a lunarian before he unlocked conquerors?

Oda drops so many plot lines. I think Neo MADS is probably going to stay in the land of cover stories.

Which makes scaling the attacks all the more easy. Pretty sure this makes S-Shark much inferior to Queen. I find it weird how S-Hawk another Seraphim would be that many leagues above him tbh.

Why wouldn't it make sense for them to have different levels of offense? Let's ignore S-Hawk for a bit, clearly, at least, S-Bear and S-Snake have broken-ass offensive abilities that create a clean unfair advantage. So there is little room for equity or equality for the offense.

   2. Dodged his attacks
   3. Blocked with his flame on

Because it would make S-Shark too weak in comparison to the others. S-Shark has nothing going for him offensively other than punches and a lil bit of Fishmen Karate which is probably the reason he is punching Sanji this chapter. All the others are vastly superior.
