Chapter confirms that Kid and Law's DRII BILLION BOUNDIIS count nothing, they are for (supposed) achievements, not for strength and at this point is clear (no way that 2,25 billion bounty Teach would have been trashed in this way by Shanks)
They only received that because the outside world saw the fall of Kaido and Big Mom as a combined achievement from the three captains in a 2 vs 3 battle, and as such had Kaido and Big Mom's combined 9 billion bounty shared among the three with a 3 billion bounty each regardless of what they actually did

We know that Luffy beat Kaido in a clean 1 vs 1 while Kid and Law barely won a 2 vs 1 battle with Big Mom (who is significantly weaker than Kaido) only due to massive PIS (she stomps them and then turns her back and leaves), exploiting the advantage in numbers to hit from the back, basically winning by BFR and not by ko, needing plot bombs etc
And now we have concrete confirmation of the difference

You know it would be good if Mihawk encounters Zoro currently and mid diffs him to fight him again later on, however story wiae that wont make sense as he said he wont lose until he beats Mihawk, it's one of those moments that makes you think maybe that shouldb't have been writen.
Like I want him too to have a go and defeat some decently strong character. Same with Shiryu, like Beckman even has deatroyed Kidd and blasted his arm off before, vive them something too.
