Skills incorporates strength haki power etc you need skills to win a fight. Unless you telling me Mihawk fights with a sword and not using haki,power, strength? He was specific swith sword skills because thats what he has over shanks. Combat mihawk> shanks but actual power like territory money fleets shanks > mihawk. Mihawks bounty is all just from pure strength and thats why ida used shanks name to hype Mihawk

Luffy was already stronger than Law in Dressrosa. The awakening boost he got wasn't enough to cover the gap, especially with Luffy also gaining awakening

Sure anime may have different views of manga panels. But the attack in the manga was never set in stone that it was a direct hit. We just assumed the whole time.
