Skills incorporates strength haki power etc you need skills to win a fight. Unless you telling me Mihawk fights with a sword and not using haki,power, strength? He was specfic sith sword skills becuthays whag he had over shanks. Combat mihawk> shanks but actual power like territory money fleets shanks > mihawk. Mihawks bounty is all just from pure strength and thats why ida used shanks name to hype Mihawk
