Well, there should always be a trial. Sure there are fake allegations out there, but I've found the the overwhelming majority of those who are accused end up being guilty. I don't think that for most women it's easy or pleasant to admit to being raped.
I know. Although I'm always in favor of seeing it all thru to the end instead of jumping to the gun.
Don't take me wrong. I just don't favor "XYZ did to me" no matter if it's women or men.
Proof should always be there.
This will sound as if I read that thread about women having the benefit of the doubt but sometimes it do be like that.
When you hear rape/molesting allegations you always tend to feel bad for the woman first until you get it proven otherwise.
World courts need regulations to heavily punish accusers who do it without proof or out of dislike for the other side.
If the allegations are proven. Go with the mfker or whoever it is down to hell.
