I would say being a primary lynch candidate is fairly good reason to full claim.

tousen is probably scum captain too, the problem is it only stops town + potential purple scum. does not affect team ichigo at all. its possible but for this to be true another role has to be anti team ichigo

Ultra subtly hinted Aizen when he wanted Urahara out of the game. He thinks Urahara has that orb or whatever but I don't lol
