Idk bro, depends on what happens because we know virtually nothing after he used Yami and he could literally have offscreened Law after that. He could be on his way back to Fullalead right now if Oda wanted.
Like I've said before, while Oda tends to scale a bit vague with scaling he's very consistent about characters being gimped after major fights.

BB fighting Law then Sengoku and Garp is a huge overkill

A shockwave =/= Gravity which pulls you down
The only difference is Shilliew is a glass canon compared to Dressrosa Luffy. Both attacks are from top tier no difference.

How hanging himself on ground is worse than be sent flying away? And that was pre-timeskip Shiryu. He is stronger now. And his fruit may help him against someone old like Garp that even his CoO should be good it may fail from his aging and any disease Oda come up with.
Current Shilliew will be still on his death bed again if he takes random Sengoku shockwave. Shilliew is a glass canon compared to Luffy who took no damage from Fujitora's Raging Tiger.

In real life, the British navy gave Teach a pardon and an amnesty if he stopped his activities, he did and accepted the king's Act of Grace to settle in Ocracoke Inlet, but resumed piracy later in late 1718, same year he got killed.

How far Oda is going with this though, is up for debate.
That month they managed to capture a rich French ‘guineyman’ ship bringing goods home, and so lavish was this prize that Hornigold decided to accept the Royal Navy’s offer of an amnesty and retire in respectable comfort. Blackbeard was left with the ship, which he reinforced with more cannon and renamed Queen Anne’s Revenge.

Then im not sure what the point of even having this conflict is for then. If Garp wins, then it makes the entire Koby incident pointless and makes BBs crew look incompetant in terms of them losing completely.

In either situation, BB losing does not drive the narrative. At least when he gave up on Hancock, it led to this plot thread.

I don't see that happening but you would think after last week people would know that Oda don't give fuck and can make up something easy if he wants it to happen .
