Nope completely disagree on Shiryu vs Zoro.
For one he’s fighting a swordsman & one with a named blade to boot (i.e. thunderstorm or whatever, so there’s the potential of Shiryu being able to wield lightning with it). Not to mention that the clear clear Fruit also complements his abilities & even Shiryu says it’s a very useful ability so that’s evidence that it complements his fighting skill. Plus beast pirates struggled to detect RS Sanji on Wano so same might apply to Shiryu. Looks an interesting & challenging matchup for Zoro & I’ve not even brought up awakening yet.

One could argue this becomes irrelevant when Sanji has already dealt with invisible enemies pre and post-ts, if the matter is going full retard agenda driven mode, thats what i meant.
And as i said, im not looking forward to downplay Shyriu or Zoro or anyone, it's all about how good these fights can potentially look, in terms of character writing and pure trade of blows.
And Garp already attacked Pizarro basically, he is literally the island, he turned himself into Hachinosu's huge skull and he could feel stuff moving inside of it like it was his own body. Not only that but he moves from different places and can exponentially increase and decrease his size quite easily and pretty damn quickly, it has a lot of potential in my opinion.
I would never have imagined Queen would be able to use Germa's abilities, including Sanji's, so Oda surprised us quite a lot in that regard, he just kinda fumbled at the fight itself, once it started looking crazy good, the fight just ended, but we have to admit it was more focused at Sanji's character writing and development as well rather in the fight itself.
Although i completely understand people thinking the fight itself might look trash, i mean, if we literally take it as Sanji fighting a literal island lol. Compare that to the potential of Burgess vs Sanji for example, and Pizarro vs Sanji might have much less potential, but again, that is if we consider the worst case scenario ever in the most pessimistic way, something we can't even do yet given the lack of info about these characters and their overall abilities.
In terms of character writing and the themes that Oda could talk about in a potential Sanji fight against the corrupt king from the North Blue looks quite promising to me tho, in prospect to Sanji's character of course.
Im trying to cope less and work with what we have got as of now
