I don't think the size difference was a problem at all, it was the same as Zoro and King.
Luffy and Kaido's size difference was even bigger. Oda's proportions are all over the place tho
The fight looked good and it had a lot of potential, especially when Queen revealed he could use all Germa's moves, it just ended quite fast because Oda spent too much on Sanji's character conflict and development rather than in pure combat and trade of blows between Sanji and Queen. Not to mention the offscreened parts wasted on fodder, Strawhats doing nothing and Scabbards.
Pizarro looked just as big as Shyriu when they were next to each other, and that was because he was merging himself with the floor, then suddenly he grew his head in like 10x or more to talk with Vasco. Not to mention that he was nowhere to be seen when he was talking through that huge ass skull of Hachinosu's Island. The possibilities here are insane

I still want it to be Laffitte, I think it won't be good writing if Teach top 2 strongest subordinates are ID prisonners,
at least one of them should be from the original crew and Laffitte fits the best.
I can't wait to see his DF and abilities, we will have a better idea, but their fruits seems strongly tied to their epithets.

Nope Awakening zoans are very tough, maybe if he uses his strongest IJ move.

sanji hasnt shown FS and this sucks
It’s because Sanji isn’t a CoA specialist that oda instead gave him a naturally hard body. That way he as a CoO specialist can have harder durability than most CoA specialists without having to focus too much on armament haki.
Future sight is just one advanced way to use Observation haki, but it’s not an ultimate form of it. For example, katakuri can’t sense sneak attacks as good as Sanji and Kata likely can’t sense invisible opponents either because of that.
