Best written Admiral: Everything about Fujitora is super interesting, can't wait to see Oda elaborate on what made him blind himself

Best written long-term "good guy" character: Vivi aka the prototype for the arc princess archetype Oda loves to recycle but none of the copies have even come close to her. From her actually infiltrating the enemy's organization to her speech at the end of the arc to stop the fighting to all her organic interactions and dynamics with the Strawhats to her goodbye scene with them, she is exactly what an arc princess SHOULD be. Love that she's back and will be relevant in the endgame.

I think Fisher Tiger is surely one of the most complex characters written by Oda. He is a good man,but he is tormented by his interior demons,his rage towards humans for what he lived in Marejois. He tries anyway to do the right thing,altough with rough methods,but in the end,he decides to succumb to the part of him who hated humans. Very complex for One Piece standards.
