Don't even entertain their nonsense.
It looks like CoC, the lightning streaks are like CoC, the SFX is exactly like CoC but it isn't CoC coating for some reason ....
These are the same people who want Sanji & Ifrit Jambe to be CoC coating because WiNgSu btw.

I also guess Luffy doesn't have CoC coating.
Oda never said Luffy does, as in he didn't put it into words aka FaCtS which are more important than images.
You cannot write law from inferences. For all we know, Oda could just like drawing cool things differently in different fights.
