All I know is Zoro vs King is not what I expected from the anime team, huge letdown. Don't care about the animation they are gonna save for the final part of their fight, I didn't like that part in the manga either, so it's whatevs.

First one was they reused sanji animation vs page one against king but that was just filler, but now is just lazy and unprofessional for a company as big as toei to do some shit like this

Zoro had the rooftop, so maybe they're putting a bit more into Sanji vs Queen cause that's really all Sanji fans got from Wano.
Then again Sanjis fighting style was made to be animated, I don't think Queen is getting better animation than King but rather Sanjis fighting style gives them more to work with and simply looks more appealing when in motion.

Everything from the point of the flash back scene and after is going to look top quality I hope. So their plan is probably to end both fights off with great animation but put some more effort throughout the Sanji fight because Zoro already got tons of love.

Sanji's fight is either at it's peak or very close to it iirc so it makes sense for him to get some good animation. His fight isn't very far away from ending unlike Zoro who needs a flashback, to unlock CoC (Toi will deepthroat this) and to use ACoC moves before finishing it off with Dragon Damnation.
