Technically Fullalead is closer.

We dont entirely know the layout but basically its like this from Wano:

Law -> Unknown Island (Winner was not the destination, he was forced to land there)

Kid -> Elbaf

Luffy -> Eggead

Fullalead is close to Egghead

Currently the "route" suggests that Luffy needs to catchup to Kid and Law's routes, so basically:

- Egghead -> Elbaf -> Unknown Law Island-> Lodestar(?)

But current events may lead him to Fullalead first between Egghead and Elbaf, we dont know yet.
Wow Luffy goes to save Garp after Egghead. Shanks comes there. We have all out battle. 1 V 1 v1. Luffy fights shanks because Barto got mauled by Shanks.

Going by the pics and translation don't seem like BB beg at all .
If anything BB was damn smart and it his men that acted stupid .
Literally Yonko's biggest W for the past decade was that Film Red promo scene of Greenbull running away from Wano.

If Admirals are not dumb enough to go in and fight entire alliance + Yonko with his crew alone, they are cowards.
When Yonko crawl up an Admirals ass to not fight him even though he beat half of his crew, they are smart.

Make it make sense...

I think Teach definitely has one or two DF awakenings under his belt. I mean ALL we have seen from him are the same techniques he used pre-skip? Makes no sense for him not to have trained for awakening.

He probably just didn't use his awakening(s) against Law because they're too powerful and would have obliterated the island.
Theres a reason Oda offscreened the encounter. Hes definitely hiding his best powers in the least.

I am cur8ous if he has a 3rd fruit however, or if hes still searching. This chapter seems to imply he's willing to take on another power, unless he can just have as many as he wants.
