This why I semi hope Smoker is the last crew member to parallel Aokiji, since Aokiji is clearly very angry at the Marines and will do anything to achieve his justice.
The fact that Aokiji saved Smoker and told him there are other ways to achieve justice just screams out the possibility that he can do this as a pirate and and not simply "use" Luffy (though it may come out that way at first).
Im actually excited to see where Smoker shows up next. Egghead does feel like the place now.

Lol Oda went crazy with the Kuzan wank this chapter, can't even lie. He was portrayed in a way where he can solo an entire Yonkou crew by himself. I guess that's his way of telling the audience Kuzan is under the BB pirates because he has full control of the situation.
And people thought I was crazy for thinking Kuzan can potentially beat the Big Mom pirates including Big Mom all by himself. His AOE goes far too crazy. Numbers aren't relevant.
Oda just won't stop making BB look like he's at the mercy of top tiers. This tells me he's building BB to be some sort of underdog among them, and then his hype will come all at once, when he takes Shanks out? That's the vibe I'm getting.
I was hoping the BB pirates were going to be enough to drive Garp off, since they badly need some hype as endgame antagonists to an overpowered Strawhat crew, but nope, it's clear as day now that Kuzan by himself would dog walk the rest of the crew and he is the one who will hand Garp this L. No one else even combined, would be capable of it.
Great chapter once again, Oda has been in his bag recently.

Outstanding Garpishness, lols at being weak now and still beats up Kuzan. My man was a monster when he was fit.
Announce the Blackbeard Pirates spinoff. One chapter and they have better chemistry then the Big Mom or Beast Pirates managed in two years. And I really like what is being done with Kuzan. Not really trusting each other, being open with it? Good stuff, enjoyable. Still just think Burn Scar is Saul but the whirlpool stuff is interesting. DF or followed by a fish man? They could make whirlpools. Although it did make me think of Dragon’s ship
