Zoro and Luffy won their fights and took a week to recover.
King and Queen lost so they probably would need more than a week.
And is headcannon to think Zoan has better regen. It was never said anything about that, Only awakening zoans. I believe it was implied Ancient Zoans to be tougher though.
WB Pirates are probably the strongest crew because of how Vista handled Mihawk and how Marco DF is overpowered.

Oda has a strong "SET UP" game. Delivery on the other hand

@Seraphoenix this franosuke dumbass who is carrying my outdated years old Pre-Marine Hunter quote in his signature (he has Erkan PTSD as usual) forgets Mihawk APOLOGIZED from Shanks's Ghost (Shanks wasn't even there) 
Mihawk respects Shanks so much, he apologize him when he isn't even there.
Yet these same dumb trolls makes a fuss about BB apologizing from Aokiji because of his crew's stupidity (not for himself) that they wanted to kill him so Aokiji had to defend himself when BB planned to recruit Aokiji as an underling.

It's as @Seraphoenix said. Mihawk will be part of a circus, joining a clown on his tour, same clown that just had a flashback where he saw Shanks as the new Pirate King. It's astonishing how differently Oda portrays Red Hair and Hawk Eye. Shanks had his fun with Mihawk in their duels, then went on collecting the best crew with his ambition and charisma and is now aiming for the top of the world, while Mihawk is complaining all the time about it being stressful to compete against the Yonko. This display isn't worth the "portrayal".
