The only question that interests me is whether you two learned the lesson from it? Is it clear that betting against Zoro is no bueno?

The best part of it all is that he wasnt even angry when he was hit and even got a heads up from Zoro that Apoo is up to something.

Without proper knowledge of Apoo's DF ability, not even Katakuri would have been able to dodge that shit either.

Once you are in range and can hear Apoo's music you're getting hit after he attacks. Apoo practically has auto hit with his DF

Oh brother I have seen the first 100 pages of chapter 980 spoilers discussion thread...saying Zoro got "gaping hole" based on that image where he got cut.....and flash-forward they say its the "weakest" attack once they saw neither Zoro nor Luffy got low diffed. These people can't stick with their words and will change their headcanons quicker than Sanji kicking Oven...

how about use simply ear bud. his range prolly referrs to whether his music can be heard or not and project the sound to certain target.
his weakness is that his attack need time preparation. any mid tier will just cut that interval using speed and smack the shit outta him.

nah... Don't confuse Luffy with katakuri
Kata can create mochi earbuds to protect his ears from hearing the sound... He is not dumb as Luffy.

Also Kata has better CoO and that attack won't work on him, this man was able to survive Ichiji explosivd iive attack point blank without even using Haki to block.

Ok so after reading the scans, its not as bad than how I thought. I thought Apoo schooled Luffy and Zoro but it was just a cheap hit and cut. Nothing major. Smart on Zoro to save their energy. Its all about Kaido anyways. Kidd wasnt having any of that mess. He wanted all the smoke.

yeah he will figure it out in no time. he figure it out how to counter boundman and snakeman.
but against apoo, katakuri will see through future and just remember where part of his body that get shot, cut and explode and he will simply play "logia" to them and turn them useless. just like any logia that get attack by apoo's music.kizaru for example. but before that happen. he will just wreck apoo during interval where apoo prepare his attack by plays music.

fs plays role knowing where the attack lands. but against luffy he got no answer to it since his body isnt logia and he can't evade it as long as he in the range. but against katakuri or logia. it will be different

I don't think his attacks work that way. He sends out a sound wave then he makes the attack appear anywhere in that sound wave when he hits himself
