He clashed with Roger and WB God knows when? That doesn't prove anything. We know for a fact that the dude's biggest flex his his Head and that he doesn't have CoC coating. All the people that could fight on par with Roger in his Prime can still fight top-tiers while Chinjao was weaker pre-G4 Dressrossa Luffy. No sane person truly believes that shit was anywhere near Roger in his prime.
It does prove that neither Roger nor WB can beat Don Chinjao. Why didn't they beat him if they're stronger than Prime Chinjao? Chinjao's crews were consisted of fodders. Unless Don Chinjao was strong enough to fight Roger/WB 1 on 1 to make up the lack of his crews fighting strength.

Tbf sakazuki doesn't have nearly as much that dehypes him. Yeah he cant just go out and fight whoever he wants whenever he wants because he has a greater responsibility as fleet admiral

Most admiral fans never truly arguing that the admirals are above the emperors overall but comparable. Alot of admiral vs emperor debate being them arguing against them because significantly weaker to them. Along with exepting the world government as a whole is a overall bigger obstacle and evil
Alot of mihawk stans not only argue him being over all the emperors but some going as far as comparing him to roger. Also trying to force mihawk not only to be zoro's final fight somehow but the final fight of the series even after the world government so they can wank him even more
Even if akainu and mihawk are equal because mihawk is wanked more when those higher expectations aren't met he's gonna get shit on more
