Just cuz Queen tanks IJ hits and reacts to Sanji's invisible speed, it doesn't equate as anti-feats for Sanji, it's a feats for Queen to be keeping up as he should be since he's the only Yonko Commander that is on par with Yonko's First Mates by portrayal.

But I don't expect monkeys to appreciate anything when it comes to Sanji.

The anime staff doesn't care about powerscaling, if making a character looks weaker/stronger/faster/slower/etc... than they did in the manga helps in making a scene looks better they will do it without hesitation.
