You could be right about Karasau‘s power, if he maybe is able to coat his attacks with CoA in that size it is dangerous for everyone.

that's totally a headcanon, we didn't see the Gorosei speaking about anything like that.
what we saw is that Shanks was able to enter Mary Geoise without anyone noticing him or trying to stop him , then he speak to Gorosei and they listened to him.
they even sent their CP0 to negotiate with likes of Orochi to sell them weapons, imagine these guys needing weapons from Orochi, while they have their Holy knights. not only this, but Orochi was actually threatening them, because Kaido was backing him up.
Rocks D Xebec was trying to become the king of the world, he attacked an important place for WG, celestial dragons were there as well, he knows what should he do to become the world king, he literally wanted to set on the empty throne, someone like him must have the knowledge about the Holy knights, yet he challenged the World Government.

Yes, however, this only reinforces that Fujitora is not all that with his CoO, unfortunately. His reaction seems to be slow as well. People attributed the fact that he was able to pull a meteor from space with his DF ability as being a talent of CoO, the same for the debris in DR, but now that seems ridiculous, or even insinuating that this guy, due to being blind, possesses a superior CoO to other characters...
Characters at the level of Karasu can already harm him, so another TOP TIER will not have difficulty doing the same, especially Kaidou, Shanks, and Luffy, who have a better CoO than Fujitora.

I am not debating Durability, I am debating overall strength, Kaido is low diffing King while just being in Base, fighting Kaido >>> fighting King, someone who isn't stronger won't last 10 seconds vs Acoc Base Kaido, Yamato lasted minutes and didn't loose vs Acoc Hybrid Kaido.
Luffy have Acoc who king doesn't have, Acoa or Acoc is hurting King destroying him, she have Acoc and was trading blows with Kaido who is stronger faster and better than King.

When King shows he can 1 v 1 a Yonkou you can talk back to me, because to this day he showed he can't when he got defeated by Zoro who have far weaker Acoc than that of Kaido. Yamato is Destroying in ass as fast or faster than Acoc Zoro did, she 1 v 1 Hybrid Kaido who is much stronger than King and she didn't loose
