Ain't you always sayed Stephen A was a fake fan? so he count as a bandwagon lol even if you say some Knicks fans don't claim him they can't stop him for repping the Knicks lol
We can't stand him and he never openly 'supported' the Knicks at any point of his journalistic career (he was mainly reporting in Philadelphia and specifically covering Allen Iverson during the 1990s to early 2000s) or his life in general. Many people living in NYC that did grow up with him never really had anything nice to say about him lol. He also averaged 2 ppg like lavar ball did
It wasn't until he got hired by ESPN and quickly moving up the ladder that the higher ups would tell him to 'impersonate' as a Knicks fan during shows since he lived in NYC (but never actually rooting for them) and was how he started the shtick in the late 2000s to present. And because he is ESPN's Golden Child getting paid 20M+ per year, he gets to falsely proclaim on his various shows that he is a Knicks fan since its ESPN's only source of 'charm' with the passing of Stuart Scott. Unfortunately the large majority of people that treat ESPN like a religion thinks everything he says is true when most of what he says or does is fed to him the directors trying to get 'attention' (people that actually live in NYC know he is full of shit). All we can continue to do is to call him out each time whenever he spews some bs

Also I wanted to ask you do you consider some celebrities/influences that don't even talk about the Knicks barely showing up to the games especially if they from new York when they looking mediocre but when they really look good they show up a bandwagon too?

Those i would consider just there to be there or if they are going with a signficant other/friend that likes the Knicks
For the Lakers/Warriors at Staples/Crypto, most celebs go there just to be seen with 0 interest about basketball whatsoever. Applies to the Nets as well
Kardashians, Kanye, basically any currently famous female hollywood or tiktok stars lol ...
For the Knicks (MSG), its usually celebs that have come since the 90s or 2000s and have been mentioned to watch the games before becoming "famous". Knicks players usually love interacting with them
Ben Stiller (tweets a lot about them during and after games), Chuck D, Pete Davidson (yep), John McEnroe, Chris Rock (fuck Will Smith lol), Tracy Morgan, Fat Joe, Spike Lee, Adam Sandler (when he doesn't have to be in LA), 50 Cent, Jason Sudeikis (even before dating Olivia Wilde)
Unless they are busy asf with a movie, commercial, music video or awards event, they are almost always at MSG for Knicks (and Rangers) game, regular season or playoffs
Funny stuff if the suns win game 6 then win game 7 they basically doing what the mavs did to them last year in the second round win all home games then win game 7 on the road they learn from Luka well lol

Bumass was also the only 'Knick' fan (or so he claims) to completely shit on Jeremy Lin during the Linsanity run while the entire city (people would give him standing ovations for walking in NYC) and most of the world was supporting him back in 2012 for a hot minute. Already knew back then he was just feening for sensationalism (aka yellow journalism) just to bring more engagement to ESPN

to add on suns was number 1 seed last year and nuggets one seed this year mavs was 4 seed last year the suns 4th seed this year the symbolism how no one really didn't notice this lol
Ayton and Chris Paul not playing tonight nuggets should win this game logically but since Mike Malone, Murray and jokic ain't proving winners they most likely goin choke this game this game goin be a perfect example if you fuck around you goin find out and if they lose a game 7 cus of this Malone getting fired goin have to trade Murray or jokic cus this duo ain't it lol smh
