Shanks is a corrupt cowardly Celestial Dragon who is merely a dog of Imu and St Charlos, Sabo is a free man and a free spirit who surpassed Dragon and fights to free the powerless.

Shanks and Sabo both bare facial scars as well. Shanks is really about to get whooped by Sabo.

Being beaten by EOS Sabo should honestly be an honour, he's most likely gonna be pushed > Dragon. Who is probably among the strongest in the verse himself. EOS Sabo is likely gonna be Shanks level at worst tbh.

Issue with Sabo beating Akainu is, magma consumes flames, it deprives the flames of oxygen/smothers it. It will be insanely hard to overcome such a mismatch, Sabo might clear every current top tier but that mismatch should still bring him down a couple notches.

Sure, haki helps but Sabo's fruit is neutered in this fight almost entirely.

All I know is arguing about colors doesn't matter.. Ace has green flames, after all.
Though that isn't exactly relevant to the conversation at hand, but I thought it was worth noting.

Depends on how Haki interacts with flames. Both King and Kaido could solidify their flames into magma-like structure even without Haki. I imagine blue flames reinforced with Haoshoku could accomplish something.

And is thus confirmed to be factually weaker than Admirals, Shanks is now too weak to be the final villain. I believe Oda is setting up Shanks to get defeated by Sabo at EOS

It fits perfectly, I mean Luffy will one or two shot Holy Knight Shanks at EOS but Oda won’t want to humiliate Shanks that hard, so instead Sabo will fight Shanks while Luffy moves on ahead.

It makes perfect sense!

Oda, when establishing the hierarchy of DF's in the SBS (Magu > Fire, Ice > Snow, Weapons > Blades, Ton > Kilo) pointed out how the hierarchy of DF alone doesn't tell you the outcome of the match. And Fire vs. Magu is really the only opportunity to demonstrate that.
