What is the true translation about the wings statement?

I've read of Robin saying that Sanji was ONE of the wings but I also read that she meant Sanji was THE WINGS. Like he was both not Zoro one and Sanji the other.

At the end it doesn't make any sense and Oda just came out of nowhere to wank Sanji because their fans were being a pain in the ass, with reason, about how Sanji was being portraying during New World.

Saying just one or two characters are the wings of Luffy is like saying all others are irrelevants when they are not.
