Ive been trying to guage what villain could exist in Elbaf outside of Loki and the God Elbaf himself (if a physical being), and Rocks does seem like a reasonable one since Stussy is a confirmed clone of a Rocks pirate and Oda keeps namedropping them at points.

But the thought of BM and Kaido being key focal points so soon after Wano is fucking weird lol. Outside of BBs ship name, nothing "currently" creates the expectation that BB is Rocks' living will just yet, but I wonder what the purpose of hiding God Valley was if Rocks is actually dead.

Depends, the same argument could be made for Crocodile and Alabasta. If he and BM were launched to a new location to start some new plotline, Kaido could just find new ambition (restoring the Rocks crew?)
