I figured out the colorspread.
I think Oda got told to draw one for pride, so he did his own thing to appear to support it but not. They all have raincoats, it's a 7 color rainbow not the flags 6 colors AND he put "no rain, no rainbow," as in that's the only way you get rainbows through rain, not this other stuff.
Not saying he doesn't support with the Okama clearly he does. But he might not support the movement or what it's become, plus if he was told to draw something for it, well, pirates are rebels.

Yeah, in my head canon Dragon had seen Imu or learnt the truth and that was why he defected
on the other hand Dragon not knowing only gives him more balls. He didn’t need a special shadow ruler or a special motivation no one had to accomplish all he did and revolt against the system.
The CD system and WG is corrupted enough that revolting against it is normal
