Speculations Dragon didn’t know about Ancient Weapons, Imu or the Gorosei being fighters

#1
We can even assume that Dragon doesn’t know about the Will of D since Imu thinks the Ds are all oblivious (so far only the Roger pirates are confirmed to know) and Sabo, Dragon’s right hand man doesn’t know anything about D so it’s unlikely Dragon does.

so what exactly does Dragon even know? Isn’t he the Most wanted man? Isn’t he supposed to know all the secrets?

is he the most wanted man simply because the Recs directly oppose the government unlike Pirates? Is that all it is?

Dragon probably knew about the ancient weapons but needed Robin to actually confirm they exist since she's the only one that can read the poneglyphs.

People seem to be disappointed that he doesn't know all the secrets because that's the only thing we can speculate he knows since Oda has kept him out of the story for so long. At this point, Oda needs to really show us why Dragon is important outside of him just being strong because if that's all he is then there was no real reason for him to be in the story.

Not knowing actively about the Ancient Weapons makes sense: Neptune and Sukiyaki, being part of the "royalty" of their respective islands, only confirmed Robin's suspicions when they learned that she could read the Poneglyphs and that there was no way to hide the information from her. If Dragon visited Fishman Island, why would Neptune explain the secrets of the Royal Family to him, even if his cause is noble? And if Uranus is indeed held by Imu since the Void Century, why the hell would Dragon know?

He knows about the Holy Knights so he definitely knows about the Elders powers/capabilities to some extent, and he was 17 during God's Valley events, which presumably involved Moonhead, so the possibility of him being present and having learned something important there is high. He was also present during Roger's and was the only one that didn't become a pirate.

Not knowing about Imu isn't the be-all and end-all lmao, Doflamingo most likely is the only "civilian" Celestial Dragon that knows about him, and that was a severe accident. At most, only the Elders, Holy Knights and Doffy know about his existence. Maaaaybe the highest-ranked CP0 and Kong/Sengoku, but that's already stretching it severely.

What's disappointing is how little he has done because Sabo needed to steal the show in the Reverie and be considered "the flame of Rebellion" which is fucking bullshit. But that has nothing to do with whatever info he has access to.

Sabo: Tells him about Gorosei & Imu being monsters
Dragon: ........ (not a single comment)

Sabo: Tells him about the weapon
Dragon: hmmm VP made it?? Hmm sum don't sound right

Idk where you even get the idea he doesn't know about the Gorosei or Imu. Literally the only thing he bothers commenting on with being surprised about is the weapon. The man had 0 reaction to the Gorosei and Imu stuff. Instead it was Ivankov.

It also helps the fact that even VAs like Doberman know how powerful the mf is. That they credit Luffy having CoC, directly to being his son.

Simply look at the reactions of Roger's apprentice, A warlord, and a powerful WB allied captain who went against the Roger pirates... reacting to Luffy being his son.

If it was as simple as just causing revolts and becoming the worst criminal... them reactions wouldn't be it. It's a combination of that insane ambition & him actually being powerful.

He’s the most wanted man because he’s expected to be an extremely powerful fighter and has assembled a powerful army to directly oppose the “gods” of their world. As far as they knew they have Holy Knights, Cipher Pol and Marines to contend with.
I highly doubt the Government thinks the revs are like the most powerful army ever… Like I doubt they think the revs are stronger than a yonko crew

Dragon doesnt seem surprised about imu. It confirms to me he had suspicious about strange events in world govt.

Its almost impossible to set foot on mariejoa with wanted tag.

He is most wanted man becomes of what RA is doing - rebellion across the world

And, not because he knows all secrets.

But yeah, it's surprising that Dragon knows very little - Iva knew there was someone named imu 800 years ago but not Dragon

What I found suspicious is Dragon hearing about the Ancient Weapons from Robin but not Vegapunk
Meaning Crocodile knew about them before Dragon

He knew about Gorosei - all kingdoms at reverie knew about them ..

But he was clueless about IMU. Iva told him that such person existed 800 years ago

We got sort of confirmation on why the Revs and Dragon are a problem. They are turning entire kingdoms and countries against the WG whereas the pirates have no good will among the common citizens. With enough kingdoms rebelling the world becomes divided in two. The money is also one of the biggest factors, with each kingdom/country lost the tributes are dwindling, at the end we can clearly see how the CDs are now suffering because of shortage of food cause by Revs destroying the shipments.

We're talking about whether he knows the powers of the Gorosei & Imu. Kingdoms don't know about their powers, hence Sabo thought he could just go in there and 1-shot.

And he had 0 reaction to Imu. It was a Sabo-Ivankov convo, with all the reactions being from Sabo.

Dragon only had reactions to two things:

- Lucila kingdom people rebelling, considering Sabo a hero, and becoming revolutionaries since Bello and them had already ignited flames of the rebellion.

- The usage of the weapon, and why Imu decided to use it.
