You can literally see that Pica's finger is at least twice as long as his head.
In this pic you can literally see how his head is the size of half of his thumb. And the thumb is the shortest of all fingers.

I was going to compare the length of the three storey building that is on his thumb to the size of the thumb and use my "correct" ratio but now from just a cursory look in the thread people have pointed out - and simply by wathcing the magazine proprtions I posted - it would seem his hands and arm are not even in proportion to his body, so this is a wrong way to approach it now I see. If Hajrudin is 22m then he would be a little more than the size of a five storey building based on real life proprotions (but maybe @comrade differ here and think the proportions is slightly off in Dressrosa as he says Hajruidn stands 6 storeys tall?). Anyways pointless to calc this if his proportions are way off.
We can play around with three storey buildings and stack them on top of another to get some kind of ballpark estimate but why do that when we have the fucking magazine proprtions all laid out here?

The Colosseum it would seem is around maybe 70m tall at best, I'm bieng like super generous here. The only reason it looks bigger than that is because it's more spaced out. Hajrudin was knocked out and covered much of the spectator site, so 70m is the tops we can give it. The colosseum is about half the size of the Old King's plateau, so that's 140m.
Pica is somewhere in the 300m range. It's that simple.
