Not sure if there'll be room for an extensive Ulti and PO backstory, but hopefully they get a chapter akin to Baby 5 or Seneor Pink's pasts. Their character interactions and personalities are really interesting, it'd be a shame if we don't see a glimpse of their childhood.
Even though all of the F6 will be an enemy later in the chapters, i'm pretty sure we will get the flashback when they about to get defeated by someone. Its a common things in a story.
Maybe with other Beast Pirates coming with them, I could see Black Maria going with them.

Yeah, i can see F6 might turned to be Luffy's allies, but like i said for some readers it might be a lame thing for them. Especially with the strong F6 (Who'who and Sasaki).
