Are they going to completely deconstruct and remove the WG or replace it with something similar but better? The way I see it, the Marines are a necessity for public safety, so they'll stick around, but who's to say the Marines wont need another authority behind them?
Vivi's definitely got something to do with the final outcomes of the war. As a Pirate or a Princess, i don't really care but if she's to have a role in governance, she can't be on the crew

Oda said that someone weaker than Usopp isn't joining, Vivi is not stronger than Usopp.
Vegapunk has something to join because of his inventions he can make a clone of himself with powers or DFs, him can help Franky and Usopp be more powerfull, give Sanji a new suit.
The vegapunk i theorize to join is Lilith.

Yep, but him is a mechanic, Vegapunk is scientist, it's a role to help everyone in the crew.
Vegapunk can use ancient technology to hel Franky in his Shogun and arsenals, can a make a weapon for Usopp.
Lilith has the Demon theme, who are SH crew theme(Sanji Demon attacks,Jimbei has a Demon attack,Robin has a nickname and even a transformation,Zoro has a techniques too).
Only Luffy who is the one who isn't goes to have because of his God theme abilities.

No denying Vegapunk, or rather a single Vegapunk joining the crew would be incredibly useful for them and indeed is a really interesting idea (though how does it work if they're split apart over long distances, especially if what we think is about to happen to Egghead happens to Egghead?) However the 'demon vibe' is tenuous at best and not really a convincing reason why

Vegapunk doesn't need to join to help the straw hats. Franky should inherit Vegapunk's will.
The lookout role is cope (usopp exists) and the straw hats already have negotiators in the form of Jimbei and Nami (but vivi COULD help if she joined the revos).
A satellite should join NEO MADS tho.
