Chopper. He's the only main character who Oda has admittedly sold to merchandising: his original concept for Chopper was different but changed it after Toei shared their own and more commercial vision of the character. He has also been neglected at his forte for years, from Law depoisoning the kids in Punk Hazard to Reiju saving Luffy's life and now his inability to help those who ate a bad SMILE.
Jinbei does not belong there.
He is a new world veteran with experience on multiple yonko crews, one of the big parts of an adventure is that it's a mystery and nothing will be a mystery to Jinbei aside from raftel. It's like putting Rayleigh on the crew; yes he's a strong fighter and a cool character, but he isn't one of them. You don't put a veteran soldier back in boot camp.
Grandpa Jinbei needs to die and get replaced with Vivi or Yamato.

Jimbe doesn’t fit at all, doesn’t bring anything real in the SH, he feels forced and out of place and is taking some screen time and place for others. All in all a really bad choice.
Jimbe would have been really better as an ally and not part of the SH
