He does. Although Idk that the word comes up specifically.

He’s certainly the orchestrator of some of the biggest gut wrenches and tragic events in the series.

I’m a little confused on why he’d be indie with Dagon (Broki) as mafia tho. Bc Broki’s character was his subordinate technically. (The character that should be mafia GF is Mahito’s partner which is why I could have seen him as mafia aligned but not mafia). But Broki role makes that a little weird.
