Yeah, no. Peeps can be too fast for Kuri. Crydo was too fast for FS Luffy to react in base while G2 Luffy could dodge him comfortably. So even if you have FS, whether you can react or not depends on your physical speed and reactions. So people can be too fast for Kuri to react even without having FS. You just need to be faster than Kuri can react upon seeing the future. In this case, Garp himself should be an advanced CoC user with top-tier reactions and speed. So it's fairly possible.

The entire point of the attack is that it isn't focused so Garp gotta connect the punches directly which isn't easy.

Ryokugyu does have a black blade. Like I said, the Admirals mastered swordsmanship and Haki for shits and giggles, they are primarily fruit-based fighters.

If BBP are a threat to SHP, then they are doomed against WG/Marines.

BBP are getting folded by Garp even with Kuzan's backing. If they these guys even remotely pressure SHs then that means the SH crew(except Luffy) who by that time will be close to PK level crew would Still get Folded by a 80yo retired man

SHs won’t go to war by themselves, it’s gonna be an alliance vs WG. It’s true though majority of the SHs combined will get folded by a retired legend like Garp. That power dynamic won’t change even if you make the BBP look somewhat decent, I mean half of SHs don’t have basic haki. Usopp can’t even push Ulti to mid diff the last time we saw him lol. SHs can still be strong and useful in their own way, something only they can do.
Also PK level crew doesn’t matter, Garp was portrayed to be a PK level dude himself in his prime. I’m pretty sure Roger demolishes his crew low-diff maybe even neg-diff if you remove Rayleigh and Scopper.
