Blackbeard's Yonko crew will also ultimately surpass Shanks' crew and they will be the last step before Luffy becomes PK. If Pizzaro is Sanji's opponent, he's gonna be stronger than Queen by default. That ain't rocket science.

Plus, Oda always can make it like BBP are still about to learn about their new obtained DFs. They could technically grow stronger.

If Pizzaro will be able to imbue his golem with Haki, Sanji will need advanced levels to break through the defence.

Somebody already pointed the Haki traits. Look closely at the panel when Coby unleashed the shockwave. Before the position between Coby and the palm, you can see haki traits inbetween.

Kuzan even had an Ice spear sticking out of Garp while being covered himself while there was no Black smoke from Teach. One could argue more that Teach didn't beat Law rather than Kuzan didn't beat Garp
