feels natural to me

some people complaining a lot about luffy not hardworking, we got coby doing it (luffy also did)

Why would they? Unlikely that the world government wants this to happen, Garp also went there on his own accord in a way he disobeyed and ignored his role. This only leaves one option, the Strawhats+ Law (maybe the Grand Fleet?) invading and finally the big clash we all are waiting for!

This is how Oda portrays top movement/attack speed usually :
They move like this, even snakeman attacking pattern is like this : It bounces from one angle/side to the other and so on.

Niji, Garp, Kizaru, etc...

The wording doesn't matter, Oda's very afraid of making strawhats look bad, so nothing nof negative consiquence will happen to them, unlike everyone else in the outside world this arc.

I find this all too tropey and construed by Oda (and "Garp”). I also doubt this is a proper send-off for Garp, and I wonder if Oda knew the amount of trash-talk that exists in some places, if he might have handled it a little differently. And I’m not convinced Kuzan can be redeemed, if Garp gets killed before he gets out again. That is, even if the story pretends otherwise, I think he is too tainted pretend everything is normal then.
