This chapter proves that DC is not always an indicator of a more powerful attack. For instance, Kaidou's Ragnaroku knocked out Luffy after his time in Udon, despite his increased endurance and Haki gains. However, the Ragnarok caused minimal damage to the surroundings when it landed on Luffy. On the other hand, we have an example of Katakuri attempting something similar with Luffy during the Whole Cake Island arc. Although Katakuri's attack had decent DC, it was not successful in knocking out Luffy, who was weaker than post-Udon Luffy at that time.
In this chapter, we see Garp delivering a striking punch to Pizarro, and then Coby follows up with another punch, but they are not successful in permanently knocking him out.
It's clear that Pizarro's resistance doesn't come close to Luffy's.
Ragnaroku > Coby and Garp's punches.
