Speculations Luffy vs Kizaru will parallel Luffy vs Kata

In Luffy vs Kata, Luffy was matched up with a opponent who could essentially do the same thing he could do, but better. By developing stronger CoO, Luffy was able to overcome Katakuri.

I believe something similar will happen in the upcoming Luffy vs Kizaru fight. Much like WCI, the main goal of Egghead is to escape. Much like Katakuri, Kizaru is the biggest threat to the SHs escape. The reason for this being, Kizaru can move at light speed and hence the SHs can never outrun him(as they might be able to do with Saturn, even if Saturn is stronger than Kizaru). Hence Luffy needs to stop Kizaru so his crew can escape, just as he needed to stop Kata.

I think that the full power of Kizaru's fruit is very similar to that of the green lanterns, who can create almost anything they can imagine out of light/energy. Similarly, Kizaru will be able to build constructs out of light, allowing him to fight in any way he choses. His overall fighting style will have more variety than even Luffy's G5.

However, by fully mastering CoO and attaining the highest level of FS, Luffy will be able to subdue Kizaru.

I don't think how CoO affects everything you said previously about Kizaru's full power since you implied Oda will not focus on speed but shapes made of light.

Which is exactly why some admirals fans want this fight to happen. And to be fair, if Kizaru push Luffy to extrem-diff the shitstorm that will ensue will be glorious

Nah, Kaido fought multiple opponents at Wano. Some people still believe Kaido > Luffy. And now Luffy already fought Lucci and a seraphim. He already used some of his stamina while Kizaru would be fresh. The only way people would doubt Luffy's strength is if Kizaru fights somebody who is more or equivalent to Lucci + Seraphim before he fights Luffy in an extreme diff fight.
