Seems obvious now...
The hole on Enies Lobby is identical to this one.
Therefore we can safely assume that mother flame is something used as fuel for the Ancient Weapon Uranus which in the past was used in Enies Lobby for some reason.
I can also see a subplot which would explain why the celestial dragons live on top of the Red Line: To be safe from all the flooding caused in the rest of the world by the use of Uranus. And it also ties to the Great Cleansing which would be the use of the weapon to basically drown the rest of the world.
PS: Its obviously not Pluton as Pluton is trapped beneath Wano and WG does NOT have its blueprints otherwise they wouldnt have struggled so hard to get them in Water 7. Therefore its Uranus.

That was a great chapter:
- I am happy that the whole York betrayal was cut short because it was dragging on and not that interesting.
- Its nice to see Luffy's village again and Oda is definitely cooking something interesting with Makino's son.
- I like the irony that by defending its own self interest the WG is destroying the world its supposed to protect.
- The art of this chapter looked a lot better so I am guessing this is a chapter that was made post surgery.
