I actually think they are gonna team up lol. They both admire Luffy and Koby was told by Drake that he was captured like 4-5 days before. If there is another timeskip this arc by a few days or a week, I could see them arrive at Wano

I'm honestly torn here.

Oda can't have the whole Shichibukai escaping from the Marines; it would make little sense story wise and just make the WG looks like buffoons. And while his track record with women isn't as bad as Kishimoto, it isn't stellar either... Plus, of the Sichibukai :

-Buggy's a clown and will be seen again I'm pretty sure of it
-Mihawk's Zoro hypetool and objective and won't be stopped like that
-Weevil still needs to be used in an arc instead of just a throwaway character
-Kuma is a slave without a mind

There really is only Hancock that I could see being defeated because of several hints (such as her country not being safe as noted by Nyon pre-TS since Marines have sea stone hulls for their ships) and the future story - but I wouldn't like it one bit !

Edit : and don't get me wrong, I think Hancock is hella strong, one of the strongest characters in OP. We never saw her being serious. Not once. I'm just afraid that Oda will sacrifice her to hype the Marines and the SSG.

scenario "I'm his wife"

- fleets surround the island then shoot buster call like
- boa sisters come out to stop but stopped by VA/Coby/anyone strong
- Hancock agitated of the situation and protect all angle of the island by herself, then all of a sudden there are some men strike at her while she protect the island all the time ("Leave them alone") till she goes down
- s h e gets c a p t u r e d...

- in Coby's ship jail she hear they talked about Wano chaos. she says "do you want to capture Luffy? He is strong, you can't simply capture him. But, it's not like you can't. this is how you can capture him"
- "Lure him by using me, because I'm his wife "

then they go to wano... End story... :madmonk::yasu::hurry::catblush::catsweat::catsure::sus:
