Dear Lord, I knew from the way the spoilers described this scene that Luffy was scared of Kizaru, but this is a look of complete and utter terror. The Yonko who defeated Kaido is horrified of Kizaru’s power. Further proof that “Luffy laughed at Ryokugyu” is just complete nonsense.

Kizaru, who is a top tier, appeared out of nowhere just beneath them, attacking Sentomaru and being about to come up, which is a massive threat to everyone Luffy cares about, including the weaker ones and Vegapunk. On the other hand he was smiling against Kaido, as he enjoyed the 1 on 1, wanting to surpass Kaido and become stronger, hence asking Kaido whether he is enjoying himself.

I didn't say luffy will gain another power up but i did say Kizaru's end is near and this the way Oda choose to excuse the future loss of an important enemy. The worst for Kizaru would be if Luffy defeat him 1vs 1

You're putting too much thought into this. These reaction panels don't mean much in the grand scheme. Luffy will be smiling and confident as soon as he fights Kizaru, like always but seeing the reactions from the minority crowd that genuinely thought an Admiral is not a threat to Post Kaido and BM Luffy shaking is hilarious.
