It's not uncommon for Oda to hype the anatongist before they get humbled.

I expect Kizaru to look good vs Jinbei/Sanji/Zoro before he gets humbled.

And you can be sure that Oda is yet to hype Issho and Aramaki much more when the time comes

They just got introduced and their characters started getting fleshed out, Kizaru has been an Admiral for quite a long time and Oda is going is making him the main antagonist of an arc right now.

The fact that Luffy stopped partying and brought Zoro, Jinbe, and Sanji to jump Ryokugyu shows that he was probably just as terrified of Ryokugyu as he is of Kizaru.

zoro and sanjino have almost the same bounty but everyone know than zoro is twice or three time stronger than sanjino. Kizaru is clear the strongest admiral and akainu right hand, while grenbull is the weakest
