If luffy or anyone defeat him I win tought only during egg head if he get beat by exemple Dragon after egg head I will not count that as a W .

We obviously are not counting sentomaru .

Zoro need to atleast mid-low diff prime shanks before he able to par with mihawk level.

Actually, King and Kizaru are very similar combatants with several stats on King's side.
Kizaru will likely have a more complex combat style which will be a different challenge compared to King's brute style.
Zoro can solo Kizaru on Egghead and still fight Mihawk as hard as it is possible for swordsmen to fight.

Zoro has already defeated a yc1 so his next progression is admiral. And kizaru was the no. 2 of admirals so it makes more sense for Zoro to fight him over Luffy.

Is zkk. First king, then kaku. If kizaru vs Zoro happens then I don't think it's a coincidence anymore. Elbaf is the next island and if the main villain there is a rocks member then there's no doubt anymore that zkk is happening. There's just no way BM won't be there and if she's there then so is kaido. It will be m3 vs rocks trio. So fasten your seatbelts zboys coz oda gonna finally deliver.
