For someone on the left, this is something that demands a treatment and a guidance. "Do small thing first" "try to wash a plate and note in a diary how you are proud of yourself to have done this", "try to put a reward to go out" "just go to your backery and come home and note this is your diary"
As you can see there is a difference in term of apprehension of the reality. While the rightist will see your health as something you can conquer, the leftist know that its not that simple.
I had to face that dychotomie for years.
And you can see that in real life in real politic descision.

You need to understand that I'm not saying that there is a right and a left just because I want to oppose people. There is a right and a left because certains value enter in opposition and can't be mixed.
The will power is the major one. That's why One Piece is partly rightist but not because Oda is, just because the shonen support is constructed to favor this type of protagonist that overcome their environment by the sheer strenght of their will. Haki is literally will power.
