Lucci vs Luffy pre timeskip was high diff, what I was saying is, Luffy clowning Lucci like he did on their last clash shows progression... But Luffy clowning the guy he couldn't even touch pre timeskip is just to unreal, it would made the Admirals not even top tiers which they clearly are
Also, if Luffy neg diff Kizaru now, who is left to stop him, what's next to achieve? If and Admiral and 100 ship aren't a threath anymore I don't know what is...

Anyway, if you are referencing to Rooftop Luffy, that's apple and orange.
Rooftop Luffy that fought Kaido in Rooftop is Luffy with advanced CoC.
G4 Luffy that fought Juuki is Luffy without advanced CoC
Base Rooftop Luffy with advanced CoC > G4 Luffy without advanced CoC.

Meanwhile
Luffy who fought Lucci with Gear 5 is same Luffy who fights Kizaru without any gear
There is no power up in between

Always told you, Lucci is a prodigy while Kizaru is carried hard by his DF
Given enough time, Lucci will surpass Kizaru soon

Luffy used G5 for Vegapunk lore drop stuff... Even then Lucci got begged and humiliated which won't happen against Kizaru even on G5.

As soon as luffy made Kaido bleed the first time and make him go all out Kaido stop caring about samurai as good as Oden.
Luffy getting compare Ryuma make the most since since he beat Kaido and most did not seem care about anyone else even BM lol.
