He would struggle at first for like half of the fight then get the hang of it and once again the antagonist regain control till we reach the end where Luffy overcomes his opponent and wins. That’s if Oda is willing to take an admiral down for good otherwise this fight would just exist to prove Luffy is just as strong as other top tiers yet no solid conclusion.

Luffy fights Kaido then Kizaru and is a labelled a fraud because they were extreme diff.
