It happens often because there IS an underlying movement that promotes nazism which radicalized some people into committing mass shootings.

the culture develops due to the separation and isolation caused by the land ownership

the laws are a result of the land owners

without these factors of poltitical ownership of land, there would be no idea of countries

but the point being, Is that the separation between these countries is ultimately poltitical not a logical result of maternal conditions or even nature
