If it's worth 700 - 800 it should be fine with 200+ pounds easily.

I would recommend getting an Recumbent bike instead if you're really heavy to lessen down the weight first before hopping on a treadmill. Hoping on a treadmill with a heavy ass weight is not what I'd recommend for those knee joints.
I have a bike it’s so boring I can’t use for more then 5 minutes

Small advice because I have joint issues because of age (arthritis) and it may be similar to someone with high weight: if possible try to pick a cheap rowing machine or pay a gym that has one. The exercise is way less demanding on the joints and helps build upper body strength as well.
