Their roles is to fight underlings that are twice or 3x below the villain that Luffy fights.

Zoro will be at best >= Admirals at EoS
That's where he will be while Luffy will surpass Yonko and FA, and even PK Roger! He will be above prime Joyboy and Imu

People make fun of you and Kid fans for thinking he's a true rival to Luffy, but I see why you guys thought so. Because Oda at some point set narratives hinting at that, so it was reasonable to have the expectations you had.
It's unfortunate that your agenda, and hatred for Zoro and Zoro fans prevent you from seeing the narrative that was set up for Zoro. We both know this, so stop replying now
